Deposit: $75 Deposit Due by January 25th

Total Cost: $225 Due by June 25th

I (parent) understand that the $75 deposit is non-refundable. I also understand and agree that if I cancel after May 1st I will be charged an additional $75. IN addition, if I cancel within 14 days of the trip I will pay the full $360 that New Site Church will be out of pocket for my student. I am showing my agreement by signing in the space provided.
